How We Handle Your Insurance
Process Flow
- Verify Eligibility: Before your first visit, our billing specialists contact your insurer to confirm your acupuncture benefits, copays, and deductibles.
- Submit Claims: We handle all the paperwork. You receive a clear Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurer and a simple bill for any remaining balance.
- Direct Payment: We accept payments via credit card, HSA/FSA cards, and CareCredit. We can also set up payment plans for larger balances.
Out-of-Network Benefits? No Problem.
Even if your specific plan is not on our in-network list, you may still have Out-of-Network (OON) benefits.
- We provide detailed Superbills (itemized receipts) with the correct CPT codes (97810, 97811, etc.).
- You submit these to your insurance company for reimbursement.
